1 Scope

This document specifies the general requirements for energy consumption evaluation of electrical alloy production enterprises, establishes an energy consumption evaluation index system, and describes the evaluation method.

This document applies to low voltage (silver-based) electrical contact materials and components, medium and high voltage (copper-based, tungsten-based) electrical contacts, permanent magnetic (hard magnetic) alloys and thermal double Evaluation of energy consumption levels of metal and other electrical alloy production enterprises.

3 Terms and definitions

The terms and definitions defined in GB/T 2900.4 and the following apply to this document.

3.1 power consumption of 10 000 yuan output value

The ratio of total electricity consumption for electrical alloy production and services to the total output value of production business during the statistical year.

3.2 Comprehensive energy consumption of 10 000 yuan added value

The ratio of comprehensive energy consumption of electrical alloy production enterprises to the added value of production per 10,000 yuan during the statistical year.

3.3 comprehensive energy consumption for unit output value

The ratio of the comprehensive energy consumption of electrical alloy production enterprises to the total output value of electrical alloy production business.

3.4 comprehensive energy consumption for unit output of production

The ratio of comprehensive energy consumption of electrical alloy production enterprises to the output of qualified products.

4 General requirements

4.1 The energy consumption evaluation of electrical alloy production enterprises should be based on the enterprise's financial statistics and enterprise measurement values.

Statistics, calculation methods and measurement facilities. The measurement facilities should comply with the provisions of GB 17167.

4.2 The energy consumption evaluation cycle for electrical alloy production enterprises should be one year (12 months).

4.3 When calculating the energy consumption of electrical alloy production enterprises, the surplus from the previous year and the inventory of the current year should be deducted.
