3 Terms and definitions

The following terms and definitions apply to this document.

3.1 Chemical Industry Park

It is composed of a number of related chemical enterprises, with the development of petrochemical and chemical industries as its orientation, clear geographical boundaries and management entities, and infrastructure.

An industrial area with complete facilities and management systems.

3.2 Low-carbon operation management

Following the concept of green and low-carbon development, we will optimize the industrial structure, optimize and save energy structure, save resources and recycle them, and reduce pollution.

Measures such as carbon reduction synergy and efficiency improvement, infrastructure optimization management, etc. are used to effectively control the operational management model of total carbon emissions and carbon emission intensity.
