Foreword

This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for standardization work Part 1: Structure and drafting rules for standardization documents" Drafting is required.

This document is Part 1 of GB/T 44305 "Plastics - Plasticized polyvinyl chloride (PVC-P) molding and extrusion materials".

GB/T 44305 has published the following parts.

Part 1: Naming system and basis for specification;

Part 2: Preparation of test specimens and determination of properties. -this document is modified to adopt ISO 24023-1:2020 "Plastics Plasticized polyvinyl chloride (PVC-P) molding and extrusion materials Part 1 Part 1: Naming system and normative basis.

Compared with ISO 24023-1:2020, this document has the following structural adjustments.

Adjust 1.5 of ISO 24023-1:2020 to 4.1 of this document. -the technical differences between this document and ISO 24023-1:2020 and their reasons are as follows.

The normative reference GB/T 1844.1 replaces ISO 1043-1 (see 4.1 and 4.2), which meets the technical conditions of my country and is convenient for this Application of documents;

The normative reference GB/T 44305.2 replaces ISO 24023-2 (see 1.4, 4.5.2~4.5.4, 5.1, 5.2), which is in line with my country technical conditions to facilitate the application of this document.

Introduction

GB/T 44305 "Plastics plasticized polyvinyl chloride (PVC-P) molding and extrusion materials" aims to establish a general application of plasticized polyvinyl chloride the guidelines for the nomenclature, specification, specimen preparation and property determination of (PVC-P) molding and extrusion materials are intended to consist of two parts.

Part 1: Naming system and basis of specification. The purpose is to establish the naming system of PVC-P thermoplastic materials and distinguish different types of PVC-P molding and extrusion materials.

Part 2: Preparation of test specimens and determination of properties. The purpose is to establish the test specimen preparation and specification for PVC-P molding and extrusion materials.

1 Scope

1.1 This document establishes a system of nomenclature for plasticized polyvinyl chloride (PVC-P) thermoplastic materials that can serve as the basis for specifications.
