1 Scope

This document describes the calculation method for the biogenic carbon content of wood and wood products and its conversion to biogenic carbon dioxide.

This document applies to the calculation of the biogenic carbon content of wood and wood products and its conversion to biogenic carbon dioxide.

Note. The biochar content in wood and wood products does not include the biochar contained in additives such as adhesives and modifiers in wood products.
