GB/T 44130.4-2025 is the Chinese national standard covering the link between a charging or battery swap unit and the platform that runs it — the message format, the device login and network configuration, the firmware upgrade and configuration management, the remote start and stop and the local authentication list that lets a post work when the network is down, the metering and transaction records, the discharge and energy control messages, and the fault and stop code tables. Part 4 of the series, with the platform-to-platform part GB/T 44130.3-2025. First edition, under the China Electricity Council. In force from 1 March 2026. Issued on 29 August 2025, it has been in force since 1 March 2026.
