3 Terms and definitions

The following terms and definitions apply to this document: 3:1 An ecological cycle agricultural production model that uses rice fields to combine rice cultivation with aquaculture: 3:2 Co-culture A method of rice-fishery integrated farming (3:1) in which rice is grown and aquatic animals are cultured at the same time in the same rice field: 3:3 crop rotation A rice-fishery integrated farming (3:1) method that alternates planting rice and breeding aquatic animals in the same rice field between seasons or years: 3:4 Stubble A general term for the order in which crops are planted and aquatic animals are bred in the same rice field: 3:5 In the integrated rice and fishery planting and breeding (3:1) production, rice fields with independent planting and breeding functions are equipped with production facilities such as ditches, canals, roads, culverts, and ridges: 3:6 A ditch or ditch set in a rice field and used for life activities such as aquatic animal breeding and reproduction:
