1 Scope

This part of GB/T 4333 specifies the determination of silicon, manganese, aluminum, calcium, chromium and iron in ferrosilicon by wavelength dispersion X-ray fluorescence spectrometry content.

This part is applicable to the determination of silicon, manganese, aluminum, calcium, chromium and iron in ferrosilicon. The range of each element is shown in Table 1.

3 principle

The sample is subjected to special preoxidation treatment, melted into a flat, smooth glass sample, X-ray tube produced by the primary X-ray irradiation to the glass

On the surface of the sample, the resulting characteristic X-ray is crystallized by the crystal, and the detector measures X at the corresponding 2? Angle of the selected characteristic wavelength

Ray fluorescence intensity. The mass of silicon, manganese, aluminum, calcium, chromium and iron in the sample was calculated from the calibration curve and the measured X-ray fluorescence intensity fraction.
