foreword

This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for Standardization Work Part 1.Structure and Drafting Rules for Standardization Documents"

drafting.

This document is modified to adopt ISO 24264.2020 "Test methods for hollow and solid heels with heels of footwear Heel surface binding force".

Compared with ISO 24264.2020, this document has made the following structural adjustments.

--- Added 4.1.1, 4.1.2;

--- Figure 1 corresponds to Figure 2 in ISO 24264.2020;

--- Figure A.1 corresponds to Figure 1 in ISO 24264.2020.

The technical differences between this document and ISO 24264.2020 and their reasons are as follows.

--- Replaced ISO 7500-1 (see 4.1.1) with the normatively quoted GB/T 16825.1, to adapt to the technical conditions of our country, increase the available

operability;

--- Changed the clamping requirements of the upper and lower clamps (see 4.1.2, 4.1 of ISO 24264.2020) to improve operability;

--- Increase the diameter requirements of the drill bit (see 4.2) to ensure the consistency of instruments and equipment;

--- Replaced ISO 18454 (see Chapter 5) with the normatively quoted GB/T 22049 to adapt to the technical conditions of our country and increase the available

operability;

--- Changed the environmental conditioning time (see Chapter 5, Chapter 5 of ISO 24264.2020), industry practice, consistent with other standards;

--- Increased the size of the cut-out bevel for sample preparation (see Chapter 6) to ensure the consistency of sample preparation;

--- Changed the illustration of the sample clamped on the tensile testing machine (see Figure 1, Figure 1 of ISO 24264.2020) to improve operability;

--- Increase the unit of the maximum force value and the type of damage to the heel (see Chapter 7) to improve operability;

--- Deleted in the test steps "For the heel surface with multiple fulcrums, several force increases will be recorded (once for each fulcrum); in this

case, record the first maximum force value" (see Chapter 7 in ISO 24264.2020) to eliminate ambiguity;

--- Increased the rounding off requirements of the test results (see Chapter 8) to improve the operability of the determination and eliminate ambiguity.

The following editorial changes have been made to this document.

--- Increased the description of the index number in Figure 1 (see Figure 1);

--- Changed the order of a) and b) in the test report (see Chapter 9, Chapter 9 of ISO 24264.2020);

--- Added Appendix A (informative) "Example of lower clamp".

1 Scope

This document describes a test method for the determination of the bonding force of hollow and solid shoe heels with heels.

This document is applicable to all kinds of hollow and solid heels with heels and heels.

2 Normative references

The contents of the following documents constitute the essential provisions of this document through normative references in the text. Among them, dated references

For documents, only the version corresponding to the date is applicable to this document; for undated reference documents, the latest version (including all amendments) is applicable to

this document.

GB/T 16825.1 Inspection and calibration of static uniaxial testing machines for metallic materials - Part 1.Tensile and (or) compressive testing machines

Inspection and calibration of force measuring system (GB/T 16825.1-2022, ISO 7500-1.2018, IDT)

3 Terms and Definitions

This document does not have terms and definitions that need to be defined.

4 Instruments and equipment

4.1 Tensile testing machine.

4.1.1 Tensile testing machine, suitable for the tensile range of the sample to be tested, with an accuracy of 2%, and should meet the requirements of level 2 in GB/T 16825.1.in many

In most cases, the appropriate force value range is 0N~1000N.

4.1.2 Clamp, moving speed is (100+/-10)mm/min. The central axis of the upper and lower clamps is consistent with the direction of the applied tension. The upper clamp clamps the steel wire

rope. The lower jaw holds the specimen and prevents it from sliding, and the edge of the lower jaw will not cut or damage the specimen. See Appendix A for examples of lower clamps.

4.2 Drill, 2mm in diameter.

4.3 Knife or similar cutting implement.

4.4 Steel wire rope with a diameter of about 1mm and a knot with a diameter greater than 2mm at one end.

5 Sampling and Environmental Conditioning

At least 3 heels or shoes should be tested.

According to the provisions of GB/T 22049 before the test, the sample should be conditioned under the conditions of (23+/-2)°C and (50+/-5)% relative humidity

At least 24h.
