Foreword

This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for standardization work Part 1: Structure and drafting rules for standardization documents" Drafting.

This document is part 3 of GB/T 42086 "Flange connections for hydraulic transmission". GB/T 42086 has been published for the following part.

--- Part 1.3.5MPa~35MPa, DN13~DN127 series;

--- Part 2.42MPa, DN13~DN76 series;

--- Part 3.42MPa, DN25~DN80 square series.

This document is modified to adopt ISO 6164:2018 "Four-screw one-piece square pipe for hydraulic fluid transmission with a pressure of 42 MPa and a diameter of DN25 to DN80" Flange connection.

This document has the following structural adjustments compared to ISO 6164:2018.

---4.5 corresponds to the note to 4.4 in ISO 6164:2018, and 4.6 corresponds to the independent paragraph between Figure 1 and Table 1 in ISO 6164:2018.

The technical differences between this document and ISO 6164:2018 and their reasons are as follows.

--- ISO 5598 (see Chapter 3) has been replaced by the normative reference GB/T 17446 to adapt to my country's technical conditions and improve operability.

The following editorial changes were also made to this document.

--- Added Note (see 7.2);

--- Corrected the editorial errors in ISO 6164:2018 and deleted "Table 2" in the sentence (see 8.3);

Introduction

In the hydraulic system, flange pipe joints are important hydraulic components for pipeline connection. They are not only required to be safe, reliable and leak-free, but also require GB/T 42086 aims to standardize the general requirements and dimensions of flange connections and is intended to consist of three parts.

1 Scope

This document specifies the square flange clamp type hard pipe fittings and hose fittings (DN25~DN80) for 42MPa, four-screw fastening the general requirements and dimensions of flange heads, flange clamps, flange oil ports and mounting surfaces; also specifies the requirements for sealing rings and sealing grooves used in conjunction with them and size.

This document applies to connections for hydraulic systems of industrial and commercial products where threaded pipe fittings are not convenient to use.
