1 Scope

This document describes a method for the determination of the moisture content of waterborne paints and their raw materials using gas chromatography.

This document applies to the determination of moisture content in water-based paints. The preferred working range of this test method is that the mass fraction of moisture content is

15%~90%, but the method can also be used outside this range.
