GB/T 41767-2022 is the English-translated version of 聚合物基复合材料吸湿性能及平衡状态调节试验方法.
GB/T 41767-2022 specifies how the moisture absorption properties of polymer matrix composites are determined and how the specimens are brought to moisture equilibrium.

1 Scope
This document specifies the test apparatus, sample, test conditions, test for the determination of the hygroscopic properties and equilibrium state adjustment of polymer matrix composites Procedure, test result calculation and test report.
This document is applicable to the adjustment of the moisture absorption equilibrium state, the determination of the equilibrium moisture absorption and the moisture diffusion coefficient before the mechanical test of polymer matrix composites.

4 Principles of the method
The polymer matrix composite laminate sample was soaked in a wet environment, and the change of the moisture absorption of the sample with the soaking time was tracked and measured.
When the change of moisture absorption meets the moisture absorption balance criterion, the sample reaches the moisture absorption equilibrium state, and the moisture absorption at this time is the equilibrium moisture absorption of the material.
The corresponding time is the equilibrium moisture absorption time. Calculated from the mass and time data recorded in the test, the material along the thickness of the material in this wet environment. to the wet diffusion coefficient.
5 Test device
5.1 General requirements
The test device shall meet the test requirements, be calibrated regularly and used within the validity period.
5.2 Electric blast drying oven
The temperature of the electric blast drying oven should be adjustable, the temperature range is 40 °C ~ 120 °C, and the temperature deviation should not exceed ± 3 °C.
5.3 Dryer
The dryer is equipped with desiccant with effective drying function, such as silica gel desiccant, active mineral desiccant, etc.
