Scope

GB/T 41397-2022 is the English-translated version of 生产过程质量控制 故障诊断.

GB/T 41397-2022 sets how a fault is diagnosed on the equipment of a digital workshop as part of production process quality control. It fixes the diagnosis process, the elements that go into it - the signals collected, the models and the fault library - and the diagnosis methods themselves.

It is written to guide the digital workshops of discrete manufacturing in diagnosing the faults that bear on process quality. Manufacturers, maintenance engineers and the suppliers of diagnostic systems use it. Issued on 15 April 2022, it has applied since 1 November 2022.

3 Terms and Definitions

The following terms and definitions apply to this document.

3.1 Abnormally anomaly

An irregularity or abnormality in a system that deviates from a standard state. [Source: GB/T 20921-2007, 5.4]

3.2 Descriptor

Data items derived from raw or processed parameters or external observations. [Source: GB/T 20921-2007, 7.2]

3.3 Failure

The device loses the ability to perform a specified function.

NOTE: A failure is an event distinct from a failure, which is a state. [Source: GB/T 20921-2007, 2.7]

3.4 Failuremode

observable failure effects. [Source: GB/T 20921-2007, 5.6]

3.5 Fault

The condition of a component when a component or component of a machine deteriorates or exhibits an abnormal condition that could cause the machine to fail.

Note 1.A failure can be the result of a failure, but there may be a failure without failure.
