Introduction

GB/T 41312 is designed to accurately measure the resistance to media penetration of non-metallic and lining equipment used in the chemical industry and consists of 3 parts.

---Part 1: Graphite and its lining equipment. The purpose is to measure the permeability properties of graphite and its lining equipment.

---Part 2: Fiber-reinforced thermoset plastic equipment. The purpose is to measure the permeability properties of fiber-reinforced thermoset plastic equipment.

---Part 3: Plastics and lining equipment. The purpose is to measure the permeability properties of plastics and their lining equipment.

1 Scope

This document specifies the principles, test equipment, instrumentation, and test methods for liquid permeability testing of chemical plastics and their lining equipment, samples, test procedures, result judgments and test reports.

This document is suitable for testing the liquid penetration resistance of chemical plastics and their lining equipment.

The liquid permeability test of the inner lining of plastic-lined composite steel pipes and fittings and plastic-lined valves can be performed with reference to this document.

4 Principles

Fill the closed test device with liquid test medium and pressurize it to the test pressure. If necessary, heat the test medium and sample to the set value.
