GB/T 4127 "abrasive Size" is divided into 16 parts.

The partial modification of the use of ISO 603-7:1999 "abrasive products - Dimensions - Part 7. Manually operated grinding wheel" (in English).

Taking into account China's national conditions, in the use of ISO 603-7:1999 when this part has made several modifications. About the technical differences have been incorporated into the text and identifies a single vertical line in which they are involved with the provisions margin. Given the technical differences in Appendix A (Informative appendix) its list of reasons for reference.

For ease of use, this section also made the following editorial changes.

--- The "this part of ISO 603" with the words "this section";

"." --- With a decimal point instead of a comma as the decimal point, "";

--- Delete international standards foreword.

This Part replaces GB/T 4127-1997 "bonded abrasive grinding wheel shape and size" section of content. The modifications are the following.

--- In order to be consistent with international names such products, the standard of "ordinary abrasive" to "abrasive";

--- Added "five types. single-sided concave grinding wheel", "Type 6. cup wheels", "35 type. bonding or clamping disc wheel", "36. Threaded bolt tightening Gupin wheels "," 37 type. cylindrical wheel bolts "requirement;

--- Increase the marked products, technical requirements and marking requirements.

1 Scope

GB/T 4127 This section provides for the following models of wheel dimensions, marking and requirements.

--- Type 1. flat-shaped grinding wheel

--- Five types. single-sided concave grinding wheel

--- Type 6. cup wheel

--- Type 35. bonding or machine clip-on wheel disc

--- 36 type. flat-shaped grinding wheel bolt

--- Type 37. Wheel bolt barrel any of the provisions of this Part apply abrasive to a workpiece surface grinding and re-grinding, hand manipulation of the workpiece, grinding wheel fixed position.
