5 Principles of the method

According to the damage symptoms, culture characteristics, and physiological and biochemical characteristics of Dactylis vulgaris, the pathogen is isolated, cultured and tested for pathogenicity.

According to the specific DNA sequence of Dactylis vulgaris, molecular biology detection was carried out.
