4 Principle
Place the sample in a platinum dish or a polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) beaker, decompose the sample with hydrofluoric acid and nitric acid, and dissolve it with sodium hydroxide solution

5 Reagents
Unless otherwise stated, only use reagents and distilled water or equivalent purity water confirmed to be analytically pure in the analysis.
5.1 Perchloric acid. rho=1.67g/mL.
5.2 Nitric acid (HNO3). rho=1.40g/mL, 69%~71%, diluted with water to prepare (11).
5.3 Hydrofluoric acid. 40% (mass fraction), rho=1.14g/mL or 50% (mass fraction), rho=1.17g/mL.
