Scope
GB/T 40301-2021 is the English-translated version of 三氧化二钒.
GB/T 40301-2021 is the product standard for vanadium trioxide made from vanadium slag or other vanadium-bearing materials.
It divides the product into four grades, V2O366, V2O364, V2O362 and V2O360, by vanadium content from 60.0 % to at least 66.0 %, and limits sodium oxide, potassium oxide, carbon, phosphorus and sulfur; limits on other impurities can be agreed in the contract.
It also specifies the test methods, the inspection rules, packaging, marking, storage and transport, and the quality certificate. Its normative references include the vanadium pentoxide analysis methods YB/T 4200, YB/T 4218 and YB/T 5328 and the packaging symbols of GB/T 191. It was issued on 20 August 2021 and has applied since 1 March 2022.

1 Scope
This document specifies the brand, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging, marking, storage, transportation and quality of vanadium trioxide certificate.
This document applies to vanadium trioxide made from vanadium slag or other vanadium-containing materials.
