Foreword
This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1:1-2009:
This standard uses the redrafting law to amend and adopt ISO 20302:2014 "Health Informatics Health Card Issuer Identifier Coding System
System and Registration Procedure:
The technical differences between this standard and ISO 20302:2014 and the reasons are as follows:
--- Regarding normative reference documents, this standard has made adjustments with technical differences to adapt to my country's technical conditions and adjustments:
The situation is collectively reflected in Chapter 2 "Normative Reference Documents", and the specific adjustments are as follows:
* Replace ISO 3166-1 with GB/T 2659, which is equivalent to adopting international standards (see 5:2, Appendix A);
* Replace ISO /IEC 7810 (see 3:3) with GB/T 14916 which is equivalent to adopting international standards;
* Replace ISO /IEC 7812-1 (see 5:1, 5:2, Appendix A) with GB/T 15694:1 equivalent to the international standard;
* Replace ISO /IEC 7812-2 with non-equivalent adopting international standard GB/T 15694:2 (see 5:2);
* Replace ISO /IEC 7816-4 (see 5:1, 5:3) with GB/T 16649:4 which is equivalent to adopting international standards;
* Replace ISO /IEC 7816-5 (see 5:3) with GB/T 16649:5 which is not equivalent to adopting international standards;
* The ISO /IEC 8825-1 cited in the normative appendix A is included in the normative reference documents, and the international standard
Standard GB/T 16263:1 replaces ISO /IEC 8825-1 (see Chapter 2, Appendix A):
