1 Scope

This document specifies the public communication between the BeiDou Navigation Satellite System (hereinafter referred to as the BeiDou System) space constellation (IGSO/MEO) and user terminals.

The signal characteristics, navigation message structure and user algorithm of the service signal B2b are opened.

This document applies to the development, production and inspection of products that use B2b signals to achieve positioning, navigation and timing.
