1 Scope

GB/T 39316.4-2024 defines the metadata for health services equipment within the Chinese general resource series for military and civilian use. The series exists because a resource that both a military and a civilian organisation may need has to be described identically in both their systems, or it cannot be located, requisitioned or moved between them in an emergency; metadata is the mechanism. This part sets the general requirements and then establishes the data elements and the metadata tables for health services equipment, thirty-four pages of them, describing every attribute by which a piece of medical equipment can be identified and matched. It then gives the value domain code tables for those elements: the operating control mode, the electrical, frequency, time, volume, capacity, length, flow rate, temperature and angle units, the power supply mode, the resolution, the applied standard, the material and body site codes, and the equipment-specific codes for defibrillation mode, ventilation mode, infusion mode, occlusion level, light source type, microplate reader type, haematology analyser detection principle, sterilisation type, traction bed type and coagulation analyser detection method. It applies to the processing of attribute data for health services equipment in general military and civilian use.

This document specifies the general requirements for metadata of military and civilian common health equipment, and establishes metadata tables and data elements for military and civilian common health equipment. Value range code table. This document is applicable to the processing of attribute data of general military and civilian sanitary equipment.

The terms and definitions defined in GB/T 18391.1, GB/T 37948, GB/T 39315.4 and GB/T 38003.4 apply to this document.

4 General requirements

Select the corresponding sanitary equipment data element according to the scope specified in GB/T 39315.4.The compilation of data elements shall comply with the provisions of GB/T 37948. The compilation of the code table should comply with the provisions of GB/T 37936. The metadata of sanitary equipment should include the identifier of the data element, the name of the data element, the abbreviation of the data element, the definition of the data element, the number of data element values, and the data type, representation form of data element value, parameters of data element value, measurement unit of data element value, composition pattern code of data element value, The exchange format of data element values, the value range of data elements and the multi-valued identifier of data elements.
