Foreword

This document complies with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Standardization Work Guidelines Part 1: Structure and Drafting Rules of Standardization Documents".

Drafting.

This document replaces GB/T 39018-2020 "Measurement of Power in Non-Main Function Modes of Intelligent Lighting Equipment", and is consistent with GB/T 39018-Compared to 2020, aside from structural adjustments and editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows.

---The scope of application has been changed (see Chapter 1, Chapter 1 of the 2020 edition);

---Definitions for some terms have been revised (see Chapter 3, Chapter 3 in the 2020 edition);

---Test conditions have been changed (see 4.3.1, version 4.3.1 of 2020);

---The testing for wired networks has been modified (see 4.5.2, version 4.5.2 of 2020);

---Tables 3 and 4 have been added (see 5.2.2 and 5.2.3).

This document is modified to adopt IEC 63103:2020 "Measurement of power in non-primary function modes of lighting equipment".

The technical differences between this document and IEC 63103:2023, and the reasons therefor, are as follows.

---IEC 60050-845 has been replaced by the normatively referenced GB/T 2900.65, GB/T 24826, and GB/T 39022, respectively.

IEC 62504 and IEC 63105 (see Chapter 3) are used to adapt to my country's technical conditions and increase operability.
