This part is part 210 of GB/T 3883.

This part is drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

This part replaces GB/T 3883.10-2007 "Safety of Hand-held Power Tools - Part 2. Special Requirements for Planers", and

Compared with GB/T 3883.10-2007, the main technical changes are as follows.

--- Modify the definition of the term "electric planer" and add the term "planing knife" (see Chapter 3, Chapter 3 of the.2007 edition);

--- Description of the increase in the quality of the planer in the general conditions of the test (see Chapter 5);
