China's national specification for operating urban utility tunnels. It specifies the terms and definitions, the general provisions, the basic process, the service requirements and the quality assessment. A utility tunnel is a walkable subterranean gallery carrying water, power, communications, gas and heating together, and China has built them on a scale nobody else has attempted, as a deliberate policy to end the cycle of digging up new roads to lay and repair services. The construction is the easy part; the operation is what this standard addresses, and it is a genuinely new discipline. The tunnel is a confined space containing services owned by different utilities, each of which needs access to its own plant and none of which controls the tunnel. It needs ventilation, drainage, fire detection, gas detection and continuous monitoring, and it needs a single operator who coordinates the access of everyone else and is responsible for the environment they work in.

3 Terms and definitions
The terms and definitions defined in GB 50838, GB 51354 and the following apply to this document.
3.1 Integrated tunnel operation service Operation, operation, management and maintenance activities to ensure the normal operation of the integrated pipe gallery body, auxiliary facilities and pipelines.
3.2 Operation and maintenance management section Units that provide integrated pipe gallery operation services.
4 General
4.1 Systematic Urban integrated corridor operation is a systematic project.It should start from the operation management unit taking over the integrated corridor to the end of the comprehensive corridor operation service. Only by using a systematic management model to standardize the operation services of the integrated corridor, and improve the efficiency of the use of the integrated corridor.
4.2 Normalization Urban integrated pipeline corridor operation services shall regulate the service relationship between pipeline corridor management units and pipeline pipeline units, and provide process services. Services, effectively control the internal environment of the corridor, reduce operational risks, and maintain normal operations of the corridor.
4.3 Wisdom Pipeline operations and provision of services should make full use of big data, cloud computing, the Internet of Things, building information modeling (BIM), and augmented reality (AR), etc. Information technology promotes intelligent management of urban integrated corridors.
