1 Scope
This part of GB/T 3780 specifies the use of statistical techniques to analyze test data and process control data in carbon black production process control (Cp and Pp), and gives a report on the process capability and process performance of the production control chart data format.

2 terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this section.
2.1 The average of the moving average
The arithmetic mean of n moving ranges is calculated by R = sigmaR/n.
2.2 Cpk index
Represent the index of the degree of process change caused by common factors within the technical indicators (see 4.4).
2.3 Moving range
The absolute difference between two consecutive, individually tested values.
2.4 Ppk index
The index of the degree of process change caused by ordinary and special factors within the technical indicators (see 4.6).
2.5 Process Capability Index

Used to compare the index of the degree of process change caused by common factors within the upper and lower control limits (USL and LSL), without concern
