1 Scope
This standard specifies the information attributes of cross-border e-commerce electronic customs declarations, export declarations and basic information of import declarations. Claim.
This standard applies to the transmission of electronic data related to customs declarations in the process of cross-border e-commerce transactions.

3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1 Cross-border electronic commerce
Transaction entities belonging to different customs borders, through transactions through e-commerce platforms, payment settlement, and delivery of goods through cross-border logistics, A commercial activity that completes a transaction.
3.2 Customs declaration form
The consignee or consignor of import and export goods or their agents shall make a written declaration on the actual situation of the import and export goods in accordance with the format prescribed by the customs, This requires the customs to carry out customs clearance procedures for its goods in accordance with the applicable customs system.
