GB/T 37147-2018 is the English-translated version of 跨境电子商务电子订单基础信息描述.
GB/T 37147-2018 describes the basic information that an electronic order carries in cross-border e-commerce, where parties in different customs territories trade, pay and deliver goods through e-commerce platforms and cross-border logistics.
It first defines the attributes used to describe each information item: Chinese name, English name, data type and format, and whether the item is mandatory or optional, together with the way constraints and conditions are represented.

This standard specifies the description attributes, electronic order headers and commodity information description requirements for cross-border e-commerce electronic order information.
This standard applies to the transmission of electronic data related to orders during cross-border e-commerce transactions.
