Scope
GB/T 37136-2018 is the English-translated version of 电力用户供配电设施运行维护规范.
GB/T 37136-2018 sets out how power users should operate and maintain their own power supply and distribution facilities, meaning the electrical equipment between the boundary of the user's property rights and the power load.

This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.
1 Scope
This standard stipulates the inspection, test and inspection, defect handling, renovation and network management of power supply and distribution facilities. Operational maintenance requirements.

3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1 User power distribution facility
Electrical equipment and electrical facilities used between the boundaries of user property rights and the power load.
3.2 Interfering user
Users with non-linear, unbalanced, and shock loads connected to the power system. [DL/T 1344-2014, Definition 3.4]
3.3 Distributed power supply
It is connected to the power grid of 35kV and below, located near the user, and is mainly used for power consumption at 35kV and below.
Including synchronous generators, asynchronous generators, converters and other types of power supplies.
