---Modified the standard name.

Introduction

The IEC 61158 fieldbus standard and its supporting standards IEC 61784-1 and IEC 61784-2 define a set of communication protocols to Realize distributed control of automation applications. Fieldbus technology has been widely accepted and proven to be feasible. Therefore, many fieldbus technologies the technology is constantly improving, covering areas that have not yet been standardized, such as real-time, functional safety-related and information security-related applications.

The IEC 61784-3 series of standards is based on the IEC 61508 series of standards, which explains the principles of functional safety communication and specifies the IEC IEC 61784-1, IEC 61784-2 and IEC 61158 series of standards for communication profiles and protocol layers (profiles and corresponding protocols) it does not include electrical safety and intrinsic safety, nor does it include information security, and does not provide any information security Require.

Figure 1 shows the relationship between the IEC 61784-3 series of standards and related safety and fieldbus standards in the machinery environment.

Note. GB 28526-2012 6.7.6.4 (high complexity) and 6.7.8.1.6 (low complexity) specify the relationship between PL (category) and SIL.

Figure 2 shows the relationship between the IEC 61784-3 series of standards and the relevant safety and fieldbus standards in the process environment.

a For use in the specified electromagnetic environment, otherwise see IEC 61326-3-1.

Figure 2 Relationship between IEC 61784-3 and other standards (processes)

The safety communication layer implemented according to the IEC 61508 series of standards is an integral part of the safety-related system and provides it provides the necessary reliability for the transmission of messages (information) between two or more participants on the fieldbus, or for the prevention of fieldbus errors or failures.

The security behavior in the document provides sufficient confidence.

The safety communication layer specified in the IEC 61784-3 series of standards enables fieldbus to be used in applications requiring functional safety to achieve safety integrity.

The SIL level is specified by its corresponding functional safety communication profile.

The final SIL claim of a system depends on the implementation of the functional safety communication profile selected within the system - in standard equipment Implementing a functional safety communication profile is not sufficient to prove that the device is a safety device.

The IEC 61784-3 series of standards describes.

--- Implement the basic principles of the IEC 61508 series of standards for safety-related data communications, including possible transmission failures, remedial measures, implementation and consideration of impacts on data integrity;

--- Functional safety communication profiles for multiple communication profile families in IEC 61784-1 and IEC 61784-2, including support for IEC 61158 series A security layer extension to the communication services and protocols part of the standard.

The Industrial Network Functional Safety Communication Specification integrates safety communication and standard communication through unified standards, reducing wiring costs and improving System flexibility, while ensuring the safety of equipment and personnel in production, supporting the upgrade of industrial automation to intelligentization, and further promoting my country's industrial the globalization of safety standards is of great significance. GB/T 37085 "Industrial Communication Network Specifications" is planned to consist of one part.

--- Part 3-8.CC-Link series functional safety communication profile. The purpose is to provide a safety-related system for two or more fieldbuses.

The transmission of messages (information) between multiple participants provides the necessary reliability for safety in the event of fieldbus errors or failures.

The behavior provides sufficient credibility.
