Foreword

GB/T 36914 "Textile Machinery and Accessories Ring Spinning Machines and Rings and Rings for Ring Spinning Machines" are divided into two parts.

--- Part 1. T-type and SF-type steel collars and matching travellers;

--- Part 2. HZ and J-rings and the use of travellers.

This part is the first part of GB/T 36914.

This part is drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

This section uses the redrafting method to modify the use of ISO 96-1.2016 "Textile machinery and accessories ring spinning machine and ring twisting machine steel

Collars and wire loops Part 1. T- and SF-type rings and matching travellers.

This section is structurally modified compared to ISO 96-1.2016, as follows. Delete the vocabulary and definitions in Chapter 3 of ISO 96-1.

Since it does not list any terms and definitions, the original Chapters 4, 5, and 6 are replaced by the corresponding Chapters 3, 4, and 5.

The technical differences between this part and ISO 96-1.2016 and their reasons are as follows.

The situation is reflected in Chapter 2, "Regulatory Citations", and the specific adjustments are as follows.

* Replace ISO 3 with GB/T 321 equivalent to the international standard.

--- Revised the lower deviation of the T-shaped steel collar width b1 in Table 1, and coordinated with the FZ/T 92018 industry standard.

--- Unify the values of the inconsistencies listed in Table 2.

1 Scope

This part of GB/T 36914 specifies the main dimensions of the T- and SF-type steel collars and the quality and quality of the traveler.
