4 Principle of the method

The immunogenicity and genomic characteristics of tomato severe leaf curl virus (ToSLCV) are the basis for the quarantine and identification of the virus. According to ToSLCV Specific antibody-to-antibody reaction, the sample was subjected to double antibody sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (DAS-ELISA); according to ToSLCV Genomic features establish polymerase chain reaction (PCR) and loop-mediated isothermal amplification (LAMP) detection methods;

A combination of effects to determine if the sample has a ToSLCV.
