1 Scope
This standard specifies the method for quarantine and identification of celery wilt.
This standard is applicable to the quarantine and identification of seeds, seedlings, plant residues and celery wilt pathogens that may carry celery fusarium.

4 Principle
The symptoms of the celery wilt pathogen, the culture characteristics of the colony, the host range, the molecular biological characteristics, and the pathogenicity measurement results are the main basis for its identification.
5 Instruments, utensils and main reagents
5.1 Instrument
PCR instrument, light incubator, biological microscope (100×~1000×), stereo microscope, tissue grinder, biological safety cabinet, high speed cold freeze centrifuge, micro spectrophotometer, electrophoresis instrument, gel imaging system, electronic balance (inductance 0.0001g), pH meter, autoclave.
