Scope

GB/T 36764-2018 is the English-translated version of 橡胶配合剂 沉淀水合二氧化硅 电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱仪测定重金属含量.

GB/T 36764-2018 is a test method for precipitated hydrated silica used as a rubber compounding ingredient. It determines the total content of five heavy metals, lead, cadmium, copper, manganese and iron, by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry.

The sample is dissolved in mixed acid and made up to volume, and the metal concentrations in the solution are measured to calculate their content in the sample.

The standard lists the reagents and materials, including grade 2 water to GB/T 6682, nitric, hydrofluoric and sulfuric acid, standard stock solutions of 100 mg/L and the mixed standard working solutions, and refers to HG/T 3061 for the product itself.

Rubber and silica laboratories use it for quality control. It was issued on 17 September 2018 and has applied since 1 April 2019.

Foreword

This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

1 Scope

This standard specifies the determination of total lead (Pb), total cadmium (Cd), total copper (Cu), total manganese (Mn), total iron (Fe), a total of five heavy metal elements, in precipitated hydrated silica (silica) by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry.

This standard applies to precipitated hydrated silica.

2 Normative references

The following documents are indispensable for the application of this document. For dated references, only dated versions apply to this document. For undated references, the latest edition (including all amendments) applies to this document.

GB/T 6682 Analytical laboratory water specifications and test methods (GB/T 6682-2008, ISO 3696:1987, MOD)

GB/T 8170 Numerical Rounding Rules and Representation and Determination of Limit Values

HG/T 3061 rubber compounding agent precipitated hydrated silica

3 Principle

After the sample is dissolved by mixed acid, the solution is made up to volume, and the concentrations of lead (Pb), cadmium (Cd), copper (Cu), manganese (Mn), iron (Fe), etc. are determined by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry to calculate the content of heavy metals in the sample.

4 Reagents and materials

Only analytically pure reagents were used in the analysis unless otherwise specified.

4.1 Water, GB/T 6682, Level 2.

4.2 Nitric acid with a mass fraction of 65%.

4.3 Hydrofluoric acid, excellent grade pure.

4.4 Sulfuric acid, 1:1 (volume ratio).

4.5 Standard stock solution

Lead (Pb), cadmium (Cd), copper (Cu), manganese (Mn), iron (Fe) heavy metal standard stock solutions can use national standard materials or national standards The sample has a concentration of 100 mg/L.

4.6 Standard working solution

The required mixed standard working solution was prepared according to the content range of each element. This solution is valid for 1 week if turbidity, precipitation or color When there is a change in color, etc., it should be reconstituted.
