This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.
1 Scope
This standard specifies the overall requirements, functional framework, public information, home life, security services, customized services, and Basic functional requirements such as smart services and operation and maintenance management.
This standard applies to the design, development, operation and maintenance management of smart residential applications.

3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1 Smart home application system
Data analysis and response processing based on information technology to meet the needs of residents in the service area for safe and comfortable living, and to provide interaction Application system for information services.
4 Overview
4.1 General requirements
The smart home application system consists of basic resources, basic applications and integrated services. The specific implementation system can be all functions or departments. 4.2 Functional Architecture

The equipment, personnel, vehicles, institutions and other resources related to the settlement service are the basic data and operational entities of the system functions. The system function architecture is shown in Figure 1.
