Scope
GB/T 36520.2-2018 is the English-translated version of 液压传动 聚氨酯密封件尺寸系列 第2部分：活塞杆往复运动密封圈的尺寸和公差.
GB/T 36520.2-2018 is Part 2 of the Chinese series on the dimensions and tolerances of polyurethane seals for hydraulic fluid power, and deals with the seals used on piston rods in reciprocating applications.
It describes four structure types: the single bud-shaped ring, the single Y×d seal, the single U-ring and the combination bud-shaped ring with a rubber O-ring. It gives their dimensions and tolerances, with sealing grooves in series I and II, and the marking of each type by letter code, nominal size d × D × L and standard number.
An informative annex sets out the conditions of use, with reciprocating speed, maximum working pressure, operating temperature and medium. It applies to piston rod reciprocating polyurethane seals in hydraulic cylinders. It was issued on 13 July 2018 and has applied since 1 February 2019.

Foreword
GB/T 36520 "Hydraulic transmission polyurethane seal size series" is divided into 4 parts.

This part is the second part of GB/T 36520.
This part is drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.
1 Scope
This part of GB/T 36520 specifies the terms and definitions, symbols, and symbols of the reciprocating polyurethane seal of the piston rod in the hydraulic transmission system. Structure type, size and tolerance, identification.
This section applies to piston rod reciprocating polyurethane seals in hydraulic cylinders.

5 Structure type
5.1 Single seal
5.1.1 Single ray ring
The single bud ring and its sealing structure are shown in Figure 1. See Appendix A for the conditions of use.
5.1.2 Single Y×d seal
The monomer Y×d seal ring and its sealing structure are shown in Figure 2. See Appendix A for the conditions of use.
5.1.3 Single U-ring seal
The U-shaped seal ring and its sealing structure are shown in Figure 3. See Appendix A for the conditions of use.
5.2 Combination bud ring
The combined bud ring is composed of a urethane ring and a rubber O-ring. The sealing structure type is shown in Figure 4. See Appendix A for the conditions of use.
6 Dimensions and tolerances
6.1 Single seal
6.1.1 Dimensions and tolerances of the single bud ring
The size of the single rib ring sealing groove is divided into I series and II series. The dimensions and tolerances of the I series sealing groove single rib ring are shown in Table 1.
The dimensions and tolerances of the II series sealed groove single rib ring are shown in Table 2.
7 Logo
7.1 Identification of the single bud ring
The piston rod single rib ring shall have the letter "NL" representing the single bud ring, the nominal size (d × D × L) and the standard number of this part. Mark it.
7.2 Identification of single Y×d seals
The piston rod unit Y×d seal ring shall be the letter "Y×d", nominal size (d×D×L) and the headquarters of the unit Y×d seal ring. The standard number of the points is identified.
7.3 Identification of single U-ring seals
The piston rod single U-ring should be the letter "U" representing the U-shaped seal of the unit, the nominal size (d × D × L) and this part The standard number is identified.
7.4 Identification of the combined bud ring
The piston rod combination bud ring shall have the letter "NZ" representing the combined bud ring, the nominal size (d × D × L) and the standard number of this part. Mark it.
