GB/T 35928-2018 is the English-translated version of 聚阴离子纤维素.
GB/T 35928-2018 is the Chinese national standard for polyanionic cellulose, the sodium carboxymethyl ether made by alkalizing refined cotton or wood pulp cellulose in a solvent medium and reacting it with chloroacetic acid.
It sets the technical requirements, the test methods, the inspection rules and the rules for packaging, marking, transport and storage of the commercial product.

This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.
1 Scope
This standard specifies the technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging, marking, transportation and storage of polyanionic cellulose.
This standard is applicable to substituents made from cellulose, such as refined cotton or wood pulp, that are alkalized in a solvent medium and then reacted with chloroacetic acid. The group is a commercial polyanionic cellulose of sodium carboxymethyl.
