This part of GB/T 35465 specifies the terms and definitions, principles, and tests of the bending fatigue performance test methods for polymer matrix composites

This section applies to the bending fatigue performance test of polymer matrix composites under constant amplitude and constant frequency cyclic loading conditions.

3 Terms and definitions

The following terms and definitions defined by ISO 14125 and GB/T 35465.1 apply to this document.

4 Principle

Under different bending stress or strain levels, cross the specimen with a constant stress or strain amplitude, stress ratio or strain ratio and frequency.

Change the stress or strain until the specimen fails, analyze and process the test results, and draw the stress life (SN) or strain life (epsilon-N) curve.
