Scope

GB/T 33889-2017 is the English-translated version of 无损检测仪器 涡流-漏磁综合检测仪技术规则.

GB/T 33889-2017 is the Chinese national specification for the integrated instrument that combines eddy current testing and magnetic flux leakage testing in one detector.

It sets the technical requirements, the inspection rules and the marking, packaging, transport and storage, starting from the working conditions for normal operation.

It defines magnetic flux leakage testing, which finds surface and near-surface defects in a magnetized ferromagnetic material by detecting the field that leaks from them, the integrated eddy current and magnetic flux leakage technique, whose shared hardware and software let the two sets of data be processed together, the phase linearity over an input phase angle from 0 to 360 degrees, and the maximum excitation voltage.

It cites GB/T 191-2008, GB/T 2611-2007, GB/T 12604.6, JB/T 6147-2007 and JB/T 9329-1999. It was issued on 12 July 2017 and has applied since 1 February 2018.

Foreword

This standard is drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

1 Scope

This standard specifies the technical requirements of the eddy current-magnetic flux leakage integrated detector (hereinafter referred to as eddy current leakage magnetometer), inspection rules and signs, packaging, transportation Lose, storage and so on.

This standard applies to the eddy current - magnetic flux leakage detector.

2 Normative reference documents

The following documents are indispensable for the application of this document. For dated references, only the dated edition applies to this document. For undated references, the latest edition (including all modifications) applies to this document.

3 Terms and definitions

GB/T 12604.6 Definitions and the following terms and definitions apply to this document.

3.1 Magnetic leak detection

When the ferromagnetic material is magnetized, its surface and near surface defects form a magnetic field on the surface of the material, and by detecting the leakage magnetic field to detect defects Damage detection technology.

3.2 Eddy current-magnetic flux leakage detection technology

With eddy current and magnetic flux leakage detection capabilities, with integrated hardware and software structure, access to the test data to achieve resource sharing and integrated processing technology.

3.3 Phase linearity

The stability of the difference between the phase angle of the output component and the phase angle of the input signal. When entering the phase angle of the range of 0° to 360°, The output terminal acquires the maximum linearity of the input-output.

3.4 Maximum excitation voltage

The peak-to-peak voltage output from the eddy current excitation signal when the output voltage is adjusted to the maximum and no load is applied.

4 Technical requirements

4.1 Working conditions

The eddy current remover works normally under the following conditions. […]
