3 Terms, definitions and abbreviations

3.1 Terms and definitions

The following terms and definitions defined by IEC /T R62541-1 and GB/T 33863.3 apply to this document.

3.1.1

Function

The programmed tasks executed on the server or equipment are usually completed by the execution of computer code.

3.1.2

Finite state machine

The sequence of states and effective state transitions, as well as the causes and results of state transitions, these state transitions define procedures according to discrete stages

Actions.

3.1.3

Programtype

The ObjectType node representing the type definition of a certain program is a subtype of FiniteStateMachineType.

3.1.4

Program control method

This section specifies methods with specific semantics, designed to control the program by causing a state transition.

3.1.5

Program invocation

The only object instance of the program that exists on the server.
