Foreword

This Standard was drafted as per the rules specified in GB/T 1.1-2009.

This Standard adopts the re-drafting method to modify and use ISO 105-F09.2009

Textiles - Tests for Colour Fastness - Part F09. Specification for Cotton Rubbing Cloth

(English Version). Compared with ISO 105-F09.2009, this Standard has the major

technical differences as follows.

--- The international standards in the Normative References are replaced by

national standards and industry standards; so as to adapt to China's technical

conditions.

This Standard has the editorial changes as follows.

--- Modify the standard name into "Textiles - Tests for Colour Fastness - Cotton

Rubbing Cloth";

--- Delete "reference fabric can be obtained from the prescribed supplier" from the

Clause 1;

--- Delete NOTEs about supplier information in 3.2 and 3.3;

--- Add NOTE to 4.3, providing the standards on the oil content test method to

facilitate the use of standard;

--- Delete NOTEs about product information in 4.4 and 5.2;

--- Add FZ/T 20002 in the bibliography.

This Standard was proposed by China National Textile and Apparel Council.

This Standard shall be under the jurisdiction of National Technical Committee for

Standardization of Textiles (SAC/TC 209).

Fastness - Cotton Rubbing Cloth

1 Scope

This Standard specifies the specification and requirements for the determination of

stained cotton rubbing cloth in the color fastness test for textile rubbing.

The stained property of cotton rubbing cloth under test, together with cotton rubbing

cloth reference fabric, shall be determined by comparison with cotton dyed reference

fabric.
