3.1 General terms
GB/T 3505, ISO /IEC Guide 99 and ISO 25178-2 and the following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1.1
Measure the coordinate system measurementcoordinatesystem
Coordinate system for surface structure parameter measurement.
Note 1. If the nominal surface is a plane (or part of a plane), the right-handed Cartesian Cartesian coordinate system, the X-axis, the Y-axis
In the plane where the nominal surface is located, and the X-axis is pointing in the direction of the scanning line, the Z-axis is pointing outward (from the material part to the surrounding
quality). In conjunction with Note 3 and 3.3.3 of 3.2.1, the Cartesian coordinate system is used in this section.
Note 2. The canonical coordinate system in ISO 25178-2 is also visible.
3.1.2
Surface profile
A contour that specifies the intersection of the plane and the actual surface.
Note. In practice, a plane is usually chosen to be parallel to the actual surface and in a suitable direction to select a plane.
