GB/T 335-2019 (Non-self-indicating instrument) is available as an English-translated PDF.

GB/T 335-2019 — This standard specifies the terms and definitions of non-self-indicating scales (hereinafter referred to as "scales"), product models, measurement requirements, technical requirements, test methods Law, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage. This standard applies to the use of mechanical lever force transmission, through the movement of the roaming on the measuring scale and (or) increase and decrease the balance of the test object The balance of the weight is determined by the swing of the measuring lever, so as to obtain the mechanical lever scale of the weighing indication. Note. The mechanical lever scales referred to in this standard mainly include mechanical bench scales, case scales, floor scales and floor scales.

Foreword

This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

This standard replaces GB/T 335-2002 `` Non-self-indicating scales ''. Compared with GB/T 335-2002, the main technical changes are as follows.

--- Removed the original OIML preface;

--- Added normative references (see Chapter 2);

--- Added some terms (see Chapter 3);

--- Change the original requirements to measurement requirements and technical requirements (see Chapters 5 and 6);

--- Re-specified the sensitivity according to OIMLR76 (see Chapter 5);

--- Increased the requirement that the scale should not be designed for tare devices (see Chapter 6);

--- Increased support structure requirements for scales (see Chapter 6);

--- Increased technical requirements for key components (see Chapter 6);

--- Deleted the zero return test item;

--- Removed the scale less than 1t, the requirement of repeatability test 10 times;

--- Considering that the mechanical lever is not sensitive to temperature effects, the temperature requirements have been removed;

--- The wording of the.2002 version of the standard has been optimized based on OIMLR76.

This standard adopts the redrafting method with reference to the international recommendations of the International Organization for Legal Metrology OIMLR76-1..2006 "Part 1 of Non-Automatic Weighing Apparatus"

Points. "Measurement and Technical Requirements Test" was compiled, and the degree of consistency with OIMLR76-1 was non-equivalent (NEQ).

Please note that some elements of this document may involve patents. The issuer of this document is not responsible for identifying these patents.

This standard is proposed by the China Light Industry Federation.

This standard is under the jurisdiction of the National Weighing Standardization Technical Committee (SAC/TC97).

1 Scope

This standard specifies the terms and definitions of non-self-indicating scales (hereinafter referred to as "scales"), product models, measurement requirements, technical requirements, test methods

Law, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage.

This standard applies to the use of mechanical lever force transmission, through the movement of the roaming on the measuring scale and (or) increase and decrease the balance of the test object

The balance of the weight is determined by the swing of the measuring lever, so as to obtain the mechanical lever scale of the weighing indication.

Note. The mechanical lever scales referred to in this standard mainly include mechanical bench scales, case scales, floor scales and floor scales.

Some terms and definitions in GB/T 14250-2008.

3.1

Non-automatic weighing instrument

Operators need to intervene in the weighing process to determine whether the weighing result is acceptable for the scale.

[GB/T 14250-2008, definition 3.3.4].

3.2

A scale that relies entirely on user operation to obtain a balanced position.

[GB/T 14250-2008, definition 3.3.10].

3.3

Beamscale

A collective term for all scales that use the leverage principle for weighing.
