Introduction
The review of the entry and exit of cultural relics is an important measure for China to strengthen the protection of cultural relics and prevent the loss of precious cultural relics.
The Ministry of Culture and Tourism and the State Administration of Cultural Heritage have successively issued the "Regulations on the Administration of the Examination and Approval of the Entry and Exit of Cultural Relics" and the "Standards for the Examination and Approval of the Exit of Cultural Relics".
To ensure the effectiveness of the implementation of these management regulations and improve the standardization of the review of cultural relics leaving the country, In order to improve the standardization and work efficiency, the State Administration of Cultural Heritage proposed and organized the formulation of GB/T 33290 "Standards for the Examination and Approval of Cultural Relics to be Exported Abroad".
In establishing the general principles for the review of cultural relics leaving the country, stipulating the technical requirements for the review procedures, contents and review documents of cultural relics leaving the country, 56 Partial composition.
Part 1: General Principles. The purpose is to establish the general principles that need to be followed in the review of the export of various types of cultural relics.

1 Scope

Requirements and corresponding verification methods are described.
This document applies to the review of glass cultural relics leaving the country.
This document does not apply to the review of temporary entry and re-entry of cultural relics or temporary exit of cultural relics.

4 Audit Procedure
The review procedure should comply with the relevant requirements of GB/T 33290.1, and the export review of glass cultural relics should be carried out according to the following procedures. Category determination; a) Dating; b) Value assessment; c) The audit conclusion is formed. d)
5 Category determination
5.1 Determination requirements
The application materials submitted by the carrier or applicant should be checked, the actual objects should be verified, and the declaration of export should be determined based on the material, shape, pattern and other characteristics.
Item category. If it is glassware of arts and crafts category, it should be reviewed in accordance with the provisions of this document.
5.2 Information Records
5.2.1 The name, material, quantity and size of the items declared for export should be recorded.
5.2.2 A full-length photograph of the items to be declared for export should be retained. The photograph should clearly reflect the typical features of the item, with a resolution of no less than 12 million pixels.
