Introduction

The review of the entry and exit of cultural relics is an important measure for China to strengthen the protection of cultural relics and prevent the loss of precious cultural relics.

The Ministry of Culture and Tourism and the State Administration of Cultural Heritage have successively issued the "Regulations on the Administration of the Examination and Approval of the Entry and Exit of Cultural Relics" and the "Standards for the Examination and Approval of the Exit of Cultural Relics".

To ensure the effectiveness of the implementation of these management regulations and improve the standardization of the review of cultural relics leaving the country, In order to improve the standardization and work efficiency, the State Administration of Cultural Heritage proposed and organized the formulation of GB/T 33290 "Standards for the Examination and Approval of Cultural Relics to be Exported Abroad".

In establishing the general principles for the review of cultural relics leaving the country, stipulating the technical requirements for the review procedures, contents and review documents of cultural relics leaving the country, 56 Partial composition.

1 Scope

5.1 Determination requirements

Ceremonial and activity supplies should be reviewed in accordance with the provisions of this document.

Note. Typical features include characters, patterns, craftsmanship and other elements frequently used by ethnic minorities.

5.2 Information Records

5.2.1 The name, ethnicity (including region), purpose, quantity and size of the items declared for export should be recorded.
