3 hardness tester classification

According to the different geometric shapes of the pressure pin and the spring of the elastic modulus of the nominal value of the different combinations of hardness tester is divided into A type, B type and

4 General requirements

Before the test, the hardness tester should be checked to ensure that.

a) the application of test force, the pressure pin movement should be flexible, no friction and jamming phenomenon;

b) The pointer of the analogue indicating device shall be sensitive, without beating and jamming; the display of the digital indicating device shall be clear and complete,

Continued and stable;

c) the tip of the pressure pin should be located in the center of the small hole of the pressure cylinder. When the pressure needle falls, the tip of the pressure needle should be at the highest point of the arc of the anvil,

d) When holding the handle, so that the end of the pressure cylinder on the anvil, the pressure between the end of the needle and the anvil should be no visible light gap.
