Scope
GB/T 31334.7-2025 is the English-translated version of 浸胶帆布试验方法 第7部分:动态疲劳粘合性能.
GB/T 31334.7-2025 describes how to measure the adhesion between dipped canvas and rubber after a dynamic fatigue test. It is Part 7 of GB/T 31334, the test methods for dipped canvas, whose other parts cover adhesion strength, warp curl and density, stiffness, dry heat shrinkage, tensile properties and the basic measurements of size and weight.
The canvas and the rubber are vulcanised into strip specimens, which are then flexed repeatedly on a belt flexure tester at a set wrap angle, tension, frequency and amplitude, the bending being counted.
The adhesive strength of the fatigued specimen is compared with that of an unfatigued one to give the retention rate, and the rubber coverage of the fatigued area is examined.
It does not apply to straight warp and weft canvas. Issued on 1 August 2025, it has applied since 1 February 2026.

Foreword
This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for standardization work Part 1: Structure and drafting rules for standardization documents" Drafting.
This document is Part 7 of GB/T 31334 Test methods for impregnated canvas. GB/T 31334 has been published in the following parts.
--- Part 1: Adhesion strength;
--- Part 2: Warp curl and density;
--- Part 3: Stiffness;
--- Part 4: Dry heat shrinkage;
--- Part 5: Tensile properties;
--- Part 6: Measurement of basic items such as size and weight;
--- Part 7: Dynamic fatigue adhesion properties.
Introduction
Dipped canvas has the characteristics of high strength and resistance to flexing. It is the main skeleton material for rubber products such as conveyor belts. Its application environment is relatively complex.
As a reinforcing material for rubber products, dipped canvas determines the main physical properties of rubber products.
There are many indicators. According to the actual situation of the industry at home and abroad, the physical performance test method of dipped canvas is formed into GB/T 31334 "Dipped Sail The "Test Methods for Rubber Canvas" can make the technical exchanges on the manufacturing and technical performance of dipped canvas in the industry more convenient and efficient, which is conducive to improving the quality of the product.
Improve product quality and promote coordinated development and technological progress of upstream and downstream industries.
GB/T 31334 "Test methods for impregnated canvas" is divided into seven parts.
--- Part 1: Adhesion strength. The purpose is to describe the test method for the adhesion strength of dipped canvas.
--- Part 2: Warp curl and density. The purpose is to describe the test method for warp curl and density of dipped canvas.
--- Part 3: Stiffness. The purpose is to describe the test method for the stiffness of dipped canvas.
--- Part 4: Dry heat shrinkage. The purpose is to describe the test method for dry heat shrinkage of impregnated canvas.
--- Part 5: Tensile properties. The purpose is to describe the test method for the tensile properties of dipped canvas.
--- Part 6: Measurement of basic items such as size and weight. The purpose is to describe the test of thickness, width, length and weight of dipped canvas method.
--- Part 7: Dynamic fatigue adhesion performance. The purpose is to describe the test method for the dynamic fatigue adhesion performance of dipped canvas.
1 Scope
This document describes the determination of the adhesion between dipped canvas and rubber after dynamic fatigue test by vulcanizing dipped canvas and rubber into strip specimens. Performance test method.
This document is applicable to the determination of dynamic fatigue adhesion properties of impregnated canvas.
This document is not applicable to straight warp and weft impregnated canvas.

4 Test Principle
The dipped canvas and rubber were vulcanized to make the sample, and the sample was repeatedly bent using a belt flexure tester according to the set test conditions.
The adhesive strength between the rubber and the canvas of the fatigued specimen, the rubber coverage of the fatigued area surface and the adhesive strength of the non-fatigued specimen were measured.
The ratio of the bonding strength of the fatigued specimen to the bonding strength of the non-fatigued specimen is the bonding strength retention rate, which is expressed as the bonding strength retention rate, The rubber coverage of fatigue area characterizes the dynamic fatigue adhesion performance between dipped canvas and rubber.
5 Instruments and Tools
5.1 Belt flexure testing machine
The belt flexure tester used in this document should be able to make the belt specimen contact the pulley at a certain wrap angle. The specimen passes through the clamping wheel and is Do not use the clamp to clamp, the connecting rod is connected to the drive shaft through the rocker arm, the load can apply a certain tensile tension to the strip sample, the rocker arm is at a certain The frequency and amplitude of the swing are swung back and forth, driving the strip specimen to bend repeatedly on the pulley, and the number of times the specimen is bent is recorded by a counter, as shown in Figure 1.
