Scope
GB/T 30839.45-2015 is the English-translated version of 工业电热装置能耗分等 第45部分:箱式淬火电阻炉.
GB/T 30839.45-2015 is Part 45 of GB/T 30839 on energy consumption grading for industrial electroheat installations, and it deals with the box-type quenching resistance furnace.
Clause 1 states that this part specifies the general requirements for the box-type quenching resistance furnace and its unit energy consumption classification, including the classification itself, the energy consumption parameters, the energy consumption range, the classification of the energy consumption parameters and their indicators, and the measurement methods; it applies to determining the unit energy consumption classification indicators of box-type quenching resistance furnaces used for carburizing, carbonitriding, oil quenching and other heat treatment.
The contents list runs 1 Scope, 2 Normative reference documents, 3 Terms and definitions, 4 Energy consumption parameters, 5 Energy consumption range, Classification of energy consumption parameters and their indicators, which the contents list prints without its clause number, and 7 Test method.
The foreword states that GB/T 30839 has fourteen existing parts, naming them from Part 1 General requirements through Part 46 Single crystal furnaces, and that this part is used in conjunction with Part 1.
Clause 3 adopts the definitions of GB/T 30839.1-2014 and GB/T 13324-2006 and adds four of its own: rated stand-by losses, the rated value of the heat loss power when the heating device is thermally stable at the rated temperature, taken from GB/T 2900.23; comparable specific consumption, the ratio of actual production power consumption to equivalent product quality after the product quality has been converted to a comparable standard by process, production category and filling coefficients, expressed in kWh per ton; no-load power loss, the power lost in the thermally stabilised state at the rated operating temperature with no load in the furnace, in kW; and the ratio of no-load power loss to rated power, as a percentage.
The draft breaks off after 3.4. Clause 2 cites GB/T 2900.23-2008, GB/T 10066.1-2004, GB/T 10066.4-2004, GB/T 13324-2006 and GB/T 30839.1-2014.
The page records this part as proposed by the China Electrical Equipment Industry Association and administered by the National Industrial Electric Heating Equipment Standardization Technical Committee (SAC/TC121), with Xian Electric Furnace Research Institute Co., Ltd. as the main drafting organisation. It was issued on 11 September 2015 and has applied since 1 April 2016.
