1 Scope

This part of GB/T 30839 specifies the energy consumption parameters, energy consumption range, and energy consumption of power frequency inductionless furnace (hereinafter referred to as "power frequency heartless furnace")

Classification of Power Consumption and Its Index and Measurement.

This part is applicable to the centerless induction furnace without the frequency conversion device, which uses the industrial power frequency 50Hz or 60Hz power supply directly.

GB/T 10067.3-2015 and GB/T 30839.1-2014 and the following terms and definitions apply to this document.

4 energy consumption parameters

According to GB/T 30839.1-2014 Chapter 6 of the provisions of power frequency heartless furnace energy consumption parameters selected as unit power consumption.

5 energy consumption range

The energy consumption range of the unit power consumption of the powerless heartless furnace shall be in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 7 of GB/T 30839.1-2014, mainly including.

a) power frequency heartless furnace power supply input of the main circuit of the measured power consumption, including supporting power transformer, on and off protection, compensation balance

Devices, main circuit transmission lines and stoves, and the power consumption of the furnace includes the effective energy consumption of the heating charge and the charge and furnace

Body heat loss;

b) power frequency heartless furnace electromechanical equipment power consumption, including its own supporting for the furnace tilting, furnace lid opening and closing, vibration or hoisting feeding

Such as hydraulic and electrical drive systems, water cooling systems and control and measurement systems and other power consumption;

c) the energy consumption of the auxiliary heating, such as the possibility of blowing the natural energy of the gas, oxygen and the like, and converting it into electricity consumption;

d) the power consumption of the preheating of the furnace, but the use of its own waste heat (such as high temperature exhaust gas) carried out by the preheating is not counted;

e) other power consumption to be included.
