The range is wide enough to fully cover the colorimetric characteristics of these inks.

GB/T 30329 "Printing Technology - Color and Transparency of Four-Color Printing Inks" is planned to be divided into 5 parts.

This document allows printing companies to obtain complete sets of primary color inks from various sources, which are then printed on a reference substrate at an appropriate ink layer thickness.

When applied to the same material, similar colors can be produced. In this way, color separation in cold-set web offset printing can be based on known color standards.

The colorimetric characteristics specified in this document can only be obtained by printing the ink on a reference substrate. However, different reference substrates may exhibit different colorimetric characteristics.

The similarity of the inks also ensures that they are similar on other printing substrates.

1 Scope

This document specifies the color and transparency of four-color cold-curing roll-to-roll printing inks under specified conditions, as determined by a printability tester.

A testing method to ensure consistency.

This document does not apply to fluorescent inks, nor does it specify pigments (or spectral reflectance), thus not precluding the use of inks that meet colorimetric requirements in the future.

Other suitable pigment combinations.
