GB/T 28730-2012 — This standard specifies the terms and definitions of solid biomass fuel sample preparation, sample preparation General, equipment and tools, sample preparation procedures, and sample Storage and identification.

This standard applies to the following solid biomass fuels. --- Fine or more regular shape of the particulate material, the maximum particle size of about 10mm, able to use a spoon or spatula sampling probe, such as sawdust, olive pits and wooden balls; --- Coarse or irregularly shaped materials, the maximum particle size of about 200mm, with a fork or spade can be sampled, such as wood chips, husk, wood residues Slag debris, loose grass and straw; --- Size greater than 200mm of bulk materials; --- On the belt filter press dewatering fibers or waste.

This can be used to prepare the standard sample and measuring sample for analysis in general, such as bulk density, mechanical strength, particle size distribution and other items.
