This document is part 2 of GB/T 27612 "Sprinklers for agricultural irrigation equipment". GB/T 18691 has been published in the following parts.

This document is equivalent to ISO 15886-2:2021 "Sprinklers for agricultural irrigation equipment Part 2: Structural and operational requirements".

Introduction

GB/T 27612 "Agricultural irrigation equipment sprinklers" is intended to consist of 4 parts.

--- Part 1: Terminology and classification. The purpose is to give the terminology and classification of sprinkler heads.

--- Part 2: Structure and operation requirements. The purpose is to provide the technical requirements for the structure and operation of the sprinkler.

--- Part 3: Water distribution characteristics and test methods. The purpose is to give the key performance indicators of the sprinkler water distribution characteristics and their Test method.

--- Part 4: Durability test method. The purpose is to provide the test method for the durability of the nozzle.

This series of standards fully provides the terms and definitions, structure and operation requirements, water distribution characteristics and test methods, durability test methods, etc. of sprinkler heads.

The test method provides a basis for the manufacturing and product upgrading of agricultural irrigation equipment sprinklers.

Agricultural irrigation equipment sprinkler Part 2: Structural and operational requirements

1 Scope

This document specifies the structure, operating requirements and test methods of sprinklers for agricultural irrigation.

The sprinkler heads specified in this document are broad sprinkler heads, covering all types of products defined in ISO 15886-1.This document is applicable to rotary sprinkler heads.

This document applies to sprinklers installed on branch pipes for spraying irrigation water.

3 Terms and definitions

For the purposes of this document, the terms and definitions defined in ISO 15886-1, ISO 15886-3 and the following apply.

Ambient temperature the air temperature around the nozzle (3.3).
